Refund
No refund is available for any cakes unless it is damaged during transport.

Cancellation
Cancellations to orders must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the said completion date to qualify for refund. Any notice made within 24 hours prior will not be qualified for any refund or credit.

Storage 
Most of our cakes are made with fresh cream, we recommend storing your cake in the fridge at all times. preferably at the temperature  2-5°C, and please consume within 2 days.

Delivery
All the cakes are well packed in insulated cooler bags with ice bricks during transportation to maintain their good condition and freshness. Delivery Area

The recipient will be contacted before we reach their address via text message.
We do not take responsibility for orders left unattended or mishandled cakes.

Pick-Up 
A pick-up time can be arranged at time of booking email us at lanlansbakery@gmail.comYour cake must be collected at the allocated time. Please call us if you are running late.

Transport
We advise keeping the cake box flat, away from direct sunlight, and placing it on the floor of your car. During winter, try not to turn on the heater, and in summer or warm days, turn on the air conditioning . Please note that we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during transportation, so it is crucial to follow these instructions carefully.
